8. RESOLUTION – BUOY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a resolution accepting a bid proposal from TCLM Enterprise, Inc. for the Buoy Road Improvements Project at a total cost not to exceed $449,397; and authorizing execution of the Contract.

9. RESOLUTION – ANCHORAGE PARK AMENITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a resolution accepting a bid proposal from Diligent Construction Services, LLC for the Anchorage Park Amenities Improvement Project at a cost not to exceed $168,618.32;authorizing execution of the Contract; and approving a Budget Amendment to fund the project.
