6. 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2026-05 – CODE AMENDMENT – CONTROL OF ACCESS TO VILLAGE-OWNED, CONTROLLED, AND LEASED PROPERTY Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2026-05 amending Article I "In General," of Chapter 19, "Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions," to adopt a new Section 19-14 "Control of Access to Village-Owned, Controlled, and Leased Property," and a new Section 19-15, "Trespass Warnings on Public Property and Other Property Generally Open to the Public."

7. RESOLUTION – CHARTER REVIEW COMMITTEE Consider a motion to adopt a resolution creating a Charter Review Committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the Village Charter and recommended Amendments to the Village Council.

8. MOTION – Designation of voting delegate and alternates for PBC League of Cities
