PUIBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2026-04 – CODE AMEDMENT – LIMITED USE OF ARTIFICAL TURF Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2026-04 amending Appendix C (Chapter 45) "Zoning," of the Village Code of Ordinances by amending Article III, "District Regulations," Section 45-36, "General Provisions," to allow for the Limited Use of Artificial Turf for Industrial, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Multi-Family Residential Projects.
